| Specific Skills / Knowledge Required: | We are currently looking for a suitable applicant who wants to pursue a MSc or PhD in the study of ex vivo generation of red cells from human derived iPSC cell lines. The proposed research work will require a candidate who is meticulous and committed to their work.
The applicant should have a relevant B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Biology, with CGPA > 3.0. Proven expertise in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques is a pre-requisite. Knowledge in iPSC generation would be an added advantage. Candidates without experience but have demonstrable knowledge and a ready willingness to learn new techniques are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and oral, and be willing to work within a team. |
